Computer Laboratory Rules

  1. Dress neatly and appropriately, and wear shoes at all times (T-shirts and sandals are not allowed).

  2. Umoking, as well as bringing any food or drinks into the laboratory, is strictly prohibited.

  3. Users are not allowed to move, swap, or take any computer equipment, including the CPU, mouse, keyboard, or other devices connected to the computer.

  4. Do not unplug any cables connected to the computers or any other cables inside the laboratory.

  5. Users are prohibited from deleting, installing software, or modifying any computer programs in the laboratory without permission from the lab technician.

  6. Do not damage or remove any seals on the computers, and do not scribble on desks, walls, or any laboratory property.

  7. Do not attempt to repair computer equipment or other devices on your own. If any damage or issues occur, report them to the lab technician.

  8. Do not take any laboratory equipment outside the lab without permission from the lab technician and the head of the laboratory.

  9. Illegal access to any laboratory information system or other systems is strictly prohibited.

  10. Do not store data on the hard drive, as all data may be deleted at any time without prior notice.

  11. Internet access, gaming, or watching movies during practicum sessions is not allowed (except for practicums that specifically require the use of web-based software).

  12. Do not turn on the computer during regular class sessions; computers may only be used during practicum sessions.

  13. Do not leave trash, paper, books, or stationery inside the laboratory.

  14. All laboratory users must maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and the security of laboratory equipment and facilities.
